How does “Get 3 Quotes” work?
Describe what you need once. Mashhur matches up to three suitable businesses, they send quotes inside Mashhur, and you compare and accept the one you like. Your phone number is only shared with businesses that accept your request.
What does “Mashhur Verified” mean?
Our team checked the business’s trade licence against the issuing authority. Verification is about the licence, not a guarantee of quality — read reviews too.
Why do some results say “Sponsored”?
Businesses can pay to appear in clearly labelled sponsored spots. Sponsored placements never change the organic Mashhur Match ranking.
How do I cancel or move a booking?
Open Bookings in your account. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge until the business’s cut-off time shown on the booking.
Can I edit or delete my review?
Yes — open Reviews in your account. Businesses can reply but can never edit or remove your review.

My business is already listed — how do I manage it?
Search for it on Mashhur and press “Claim this business”. If your phone or email matches the listing, approval is quicker.
How do leads and lead credits work?
Each plan includes a number of leads per month. After that, accepting a lead uses lead credits, which you can buy under Billing. Declining a lead is always free.
How do I get verified?
Upload your trade licence under Verification in the Business Portal. We review it, usually within one working day.
How are sponsored campaigns charged?
You prepay a budget and are charged per click. Unspent budget is refunded when the campaign ends, and rejected campaigns are refunded in full.
